You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Multi-Tenant Architecture

Oakshade CRM operates a multi-tenant system where business owners, employees, and clients exist within isolated workspaces. You may only access data within your authorized scope. Attempts to access other tenants' data are strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Oakshade and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oakshade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will endeavour to notify users of material changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction in which Oakshade operates.
